The audit fee is credited toward the build if you move forward, so looking doesn't cost you the estimate.

Source, not a black box. Every script and interface is handed over in plain language, specifically so it can be read, modified, and maintained by someone other than the person who built it. If the person doing the work today moves on, the system doesn't leave with them.

Usually not. Most of this runs as scripts and a menu-driven interface on hardware you already own, talking to the system you already use to track the data.

How long does an automation audit take?
Typically a few hours on-site or over a call, followed by a written report. Most audits turn around within a week.

What does OCR document digitization actually replace?
A paper form or scanned record a person currently reads and retypes. The scan goes through OCR and lands in that system automatically, with the source image kept alongside it.

What happens if our process changes later?
You have the source. It's built to be modified, not to lock you into whoever wrote it.
